At HiBREW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee brewing experience. If your machine or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to HiBREW

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the item back to our designated quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the machine's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
